Good Afternoon Parents!
Today we read some of our classroom books with a partner. The Grade 2's are starting to make some Grade 1 buddies and are helping them with their reading! We also had some writing time today looking back at our 'Brown Bear, Brown Bear' story and writing color and animal words. In the afternoon we listened to a story called 'Have You Filled a Bucket Today' talking about being a kind person and a friend. Then we got a bucket printout to color with oil pastels, we tried to use every color in the box. Finally we had gym today- for those who were here yesterday it was our second time. The rest of us met Mr. Draper and used the skipping ropes and played games.
