Thursday September 6th

We did partner reading this morning and we got to share our book with a friend. Today we described how different things feel -smooth, soft, rough. We played a game where Ms. Adamson described different objects and we had to pull the object we thought she was describing out of the bag, the first person in each group who pulled out the correct object told Ms. Adamson which object she was describing. Today we had a Welcome Back Assembly, some of the Grade 3s and 4s sang songs and did poems, and some of us got to see our friends perform, we all sang Oh Canada and then all the teachers came dancing through the middle of the assembly.  We listened to a story called 'A Bad Case of Tattle Tongue'. We drew a picture of how we look when we are in the Red Zone- which can be Angry, Out of Control, Feel like yelling. We also did Calendar, we are already up to 15 days of school.  We are off to gym now.
